Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga
❓ Do I need prior yoga experience to join your classes?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we offer gentle movements suited to your comfort and stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
❓ When can I start postpartum yoga after giving birth?
We recommend waiting until you receive clearance from your healthcare provider, typically around 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal births and 8 weeks postpartum for C-sections.
❓ What should I bring to my yoga class?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing. If you're attending a Baby & Me class, feel free to bring a small blanket for your baby.
Baby & Me Classes
❓ At what age can my baby participate in Baby & Me classes?
Our Baby & Me classes are ideal for babies 6 weeks to 12 months old. If your baby is older and you're interested in joining, reach out, and we’ll help you find the best fit!
❓ Can both parents attend Baby & Me classes?
Yes! While the classes are designed for mothers and babies, partners or caregivers are welcome to join.
